I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were clean and fresh-smelling, some were outdated with a musty smell. The service was a hit-or-miss, with some staff being very helpful, like Sabrina at the reception, but others were coldly polite. The location was convenient for exploring the Everglades and the Keys, but lacked dining options. The dining offered a variety of choices, making meals delicious. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

The hotel had nice and large rooms with easy access to Key West, a fantastic pool with warmer water than other places I visited on my trip, a cool jacuzzi, and a great breakfast with a lovely view. The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable, although there was some carpet peeling away from the wall.
